This is where I'll keep answers to questions my wife and others ask me.
Sometimes I reccomend a command line. That scares new users but should not. When I reccomend a commnd line, it's because that's the fastest and easiest way to get the thing done. I use the command line because I'm lazy. I don't use it when I know of a much easier way to do something graphically. Both methods will be presented here.
I have almost forgotten how to think like a Windows user. I've been using free software since 1998 and the last time I used a Microsoft operating system regularly was 2003. I have no idea how to use XP and that't OK with me. The ever shifting myriad of undocumented tab navigation details, workarounds and kludges that DOS, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows 2000 presented are all falling out of my mind. It's all being replaced with a much smaller set of information that's documented and does more for me.
